In order to serve people with autism, an MLC BCBA will collaborate closely with the client, their families, educators, and other professionals. Significant interpersonal development is possible at this degree of connection. Among other things, it can support the growth of leadership, empathy, communication, patience, and problem-solving abilities. These are not just useful in the workplace but also in other spheres of life.

With our intentional culture, state-of-the-art technology, and transformative treatment, MLC is transforming the ABA therapy scene. As a clinician you can join a forward-thinking organization dedicated to clinical quality, guided by compassionate care models, best practice standards, and a dedicated Clinician Mentorship Program by working at the Michigan Learning Community.
