Behavior Technician

Motivated individuals are needed to become Behavior Technicians on our team. As a one-on-one worker with children with autism, you will have the opportunity to make a big difference in their lives. Under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Behavior Technicians will implement personalized behavior intervention plans. You will regularly work with clients to teach them social, communication, and life skills using evidence-based practices. Candidates with a strong dedication to helping children with autism reach their full potential are what we are looking for. You will need to possess empathy, patience, and the ability to work well in a team environment. You must be at ease standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, stooping, squatting, lifting, and occasionally transporting children or objects weighing up to fifty pounds because our clients are active.  You will go home at the end of each day knowing that you have had an immense impact on a child's and their family's life. Come work with us and be a part of a committed team that is improving people's lives.
