Both our Washtenaw Center and our Livingston Center are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Sunday by appointment.

For best results, completing the full hours as prescribed is highly recommended.

Parents are involved to the greatest degree possible as required by the State of Michigan's requirements for individualized plans of service (IPOS). The rewards of therapy are significant.

Yes, we perform therapy within our centers, within our communities, and at the home. Arrangements are coordinated between the client and their assigned BCBA.

We work with kids from birth through age 21, although we typically do not start therapy until age three.

Currently, Medicaid. Soon, we will accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM), Blue Care Network (BCN), Aetna, United Health Care via Optum, and Health Alliance Plan.

The standard cancellation policy requires at least two hours' notice prior to the scheduled therapy session, though as much notice as possible is appreciated. We will work with you to determine how cancelled hours are made up.

Translation services are available on request.  Our staff is pleased to work with clients to make services accessible through our inquiry and intake process.
